Singer (Sarah Newell) sings through the chorus as she reminds everyone of that person they want to “kiss each year on New Year's Day.” The bright acoustic guitar (Matthew Cadigan) welcomes you in like a warm house after a long walk in the cold. Not all ornaments on the tree are big and shiny but the subtle triangle (Pete) and shaker (Sarah Newell) act as the tiniest pieces of tinsel that finish decorating the tree.
